MDC coordinated all sitework activities in accordance with OSHA construction standards from initial excavation through final striping and pavement markings, delivering a fully improved parking lot and exterior site ready for retail operations.

Site Preparation & Grading
The project began with site preparation, excavation, and grading to establish proper drainage and base conditions for the new parking lot. Aggregate base material was installed and compacted to support the asphalt paving throughout the Ross Dress for Less site in Decatur, GA.
Asphalt Paving & Concrete
Asphalt paving was installed across the parking lot areas with concrete improvements at curbs, ramps, and transition zones. All paving work was coordinated to meet site grading requirements and support proper water drainage and traffic flow for the retail facility.
ADA & Striping
ADA-compliant parking spaces and access improvements were completed as part of the exterior site work. Final striping, pavement markings, and traffic flow improvements were applied before site cleanup and turnover to the Ross Dress for Less facility.
